The Energite III system is a non-redirective crash cushion consisting of a number of sand filled polyethylene plastic barrels. Energite III modules consist of a one-piece barrel, lid and optional cone insert, making the Energite III easy to install. The system is designed to be stackable and therefore easy to store and deploy. Optimal effectiveness is conducive to the modules being arranged in a geometric pattern.
