Regional Sales Manager (Oregon, Idaho, Montana)

Sales Team / Full-time / Travel Required

We are currently seeking to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager. The territory (Oregon, Idaho and Montana) has been well established and is prime for growing with the right person. Compensation includes base salary and commissions.

The successful candidate will:

· Have an interest in the Transportation Industry

· Experience with technical and technology sales

· Thrive in a team-focused, service-oriented environment in which humility and self-responsibility are cornerstones of our company

· Demonstrate our core values of honesty, integrity, accountability and determination

· Possess a growth mindset as our industry is constantly and rapidly changing

Experience Required:

· 2+ years industrial sales experience required, preferably in the Roadway Safety Industry

· Experience with consultative selling to government agencies and/or construction companies

· Comfortable with learning a large and technical product line.

· Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Willingness to travel 60% of the month in assigned territory

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on Business, Engineering, or other technical areas.

Knowledge Areas:

· Technical ability or Engineering background

· Territory management and Sales Systems

· Excellent forward planning, reporting and organization skills

· Proficient using a CRM system

· Good command of English

· Strong computer skills
